The Director of Sales will lead our outbound efforts to credit unions and banks selling Pulsate's unique and highly impactful solution. Our market understands their problem - but they don’t know enough about Pulsate, how we solve the problem, and the impact of what we achieve. That’s where you come in!
You will directly sell and acquire new customers. As the process becomes more repeatable, you will build a team of sellers who continue to execute at a high level. This is a builder and doer role with the hope and expectation to grow into a leadership role. We want a Director of Sales who likes to build & sell while iterating quickly to build an impactful company.

Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and execute an enterprise territory plan; including educating the market about the impact of Pulsate’s unique and impactful products
Own and continuously improve the sales process to produce more revenue & more efficiency with accurate forecasting
Generate & manage full-cycle deals from sourcing to qualified to negotiation to close, including helping the team do the same
Work across departments with our partner acquisition, marketing, and customer success teams to combine efforts in acquiring new customers
About you:
7+ years of experience selling technology to Community Banks and/or Credit Unions, either directly or through sales channels
Proven success running a full sales lifecycle, start to finish. You should be able to source, qualify, and close deals + articulate how you have done it
Process and metrics-driven approach to sales, leveraging Hubspot and other sales tools to improve efficiency and conversion
Excellent communication skills & cross-functional collaboration, with working in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment
Strong ability to build structure around yourself and the sales team in order to execute a repeatable and scalable sales process
Superb listening skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships including at senior levels. Listen more than speak. Understand first, then take strategic action.
